Xtreme Hip Hop , a revamp of traditional step aerobics, combines synchronized music and cardio on an elevated platform. Featuring routines set to old and new school music, it's designed to inspire movement while providing an intense and calorie- burning workout.
Step board will be provided by host. Limited quantity available so please RSVP. Please wear athletic clothing and footwear + sweat towel. Come prepared to sweat. Bring a water bottle!
Recommended for ages 10 and up.
