About the Instructor

Author and artist Julianne Kanzaki, a registered dietitian and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, wrote Food For Thought: Simple Ways to Nourish Your Body and Soul. Kanzaki promotes a combination of whole food, plant-based nutrition, embracing the healing power of nature, and mindfulness-based practices for stress resilience.

About the Musical Artist

Esther Young is a guitar vocalist who creates lyrically rich, ethereal indie-folk music, emphasizing storytelling. In addition to organizing San Jose community events, she is a freelance writer profiling artists for Content Magazine and covering weekly events for Metro San Jose.
