Lit (Mat) Pilates is a form of exercise performed on a mat without specialized equipment, emphasizing body weight resistance, core strength, and flexibility. It combines controlled movements with breathing techniques to enhance concentration and overall body awareness.
Please bring a yoga mat. Please wear athletic clothing and footwear + sweat towel. Come prepared to sweat. Bring a water bottle!

In the diverse Bay Area, sisters Christina, Tracy, and Kelli founded The Mind Body Soul Lab with a shared vision. Raised in a multi-ethnic, blended family, they were inspired by their unique experiences and a deep desire to create a brand that would serve the larger community. Growing up amidst a mix of people and cultures, they were motivated to foster inclusivity and celebrate diversity.
